In order to provide an estimate, we, LG Auto Body, may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify or contact you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email, address, phone number, and vehicle information related to the vehicle you want us to estimate, repair, and/or process a claim on your behalf with an insurance company.

 We, LG Auto Body, do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information unless authorized by you to any third parties for their own marketing purposes. LG Auto Body uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

 

• We use your information solely for the purposes of preparing estimates and communicating while your vehicle is undergoing repairs at LG Auto Body. To perform admin work or help process a claim on your behalf with an insurance company or a third party to help them process their own estimates, payments, and related tasks.

 

• We collect contact information to reach you for updates, such as any possible changes in repair, insurance claim, and/or parts, and to follow up on vehicle repairs once returned to our customer.
