• We use your information solely for the purposes of preparing estimates and communicating while your vehicle is undergoing repairs at LG Auto Body. To perform admin work or help process a claim on your behalf with an insurance company or a third party to help them process their own estimates, payments, and related tasks.

 

• We collect contact information to reach you for updates, such as any possible changes in repair, insurance claim, and/or parts, and to follow up on vehicle repairs once returned to our customer.

LG Auto Body values your privacy. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communication will be used solely for sending updates, customer support, and promotional or service messages related to our business.
